This is the first teaser of the debut model from a new California based hypercar maker called Czinger, which will be revealed during a brand-launching press conference at the 2020 Geneva Motor Show next month.

Established in 2019, the American company says that the team behind it includes former staff at Swedish hypercar manufacturer Koenigsegg.

Czinger says that the car, called 21C - in reference to 21st century - will use a powerful hybrid drivetrain developed in house, while like the McLaren F1 and Speedtail an unconventional seating arrangement is planned.

While McLaren has opted for an offset bench of three seats with a central driving position in its most extreme hypercars, Czinger has planned an in-line configuration for the 21C, presumably making it a 1+1 hypercar with two passengers housed under a jet fighter style canopy.

A video clip and teaser images issued by the new company are fairly revealing. In the video clip we can see some of the chassis and powertrain developments, while the exterior design is showcased too, revealing an aggressive aerodynamic package with a large rear spoiler, rear diffuser and front splitter attached onto the smooth, strongly haunched bodywork.

The teaser video also confirms that the 21C will use 3D printed parts. It all points to the 21C being a production ready version of the Divergent Blade - a concept 3D printed 1+1 car produced and presented by company founder and 3D printing entrepreneur Kevin Czinger in 2017.
