Abarth celebrates its 70th anniversary this year and to commemorate the occasion the Italian manufacturer has released special edition models of its 595, 124 Spider and 124 GT. The range will be debuted at the opening of the 2019 Monte Carlo Rally.

The entire 595 range (consisting of the base-model, Turismo, Competizione and Pista) will be fitted with a commemorative “70th Anniversary” badge for the 2019 model year. Competizione and Pista models will also come with an updated seven-inch touchscreen featuring Abarth Telemetry, as well as a Record Monza exhaust and Koni suspension.

Each model in Abarth’s 124 range (made of the 124 Spider and 124 GT) also receives commemorative “70th Anniversary” badging for 2019, along with a Record Monza exhaust and a series of exclusive paint colours, with names such as “Turini 1975 White” and “Costa Brava 1972 Red” which celebrate Abarth’s success in racing.

Abarth’s “70th Anniversary” edition 124 GT comes with a carbon-fibre folding hardtop, 17-inch OZ Ultra-Light alloy wheels, gun-metal mirror caps and a gun-metal splitter. A matte-black bonnet, carbon fibre mirror caps and a carbon fibre splitter are available as optional extras.

Finally, the Italian tuning company is offering 595 owners 20 percent off the price of a pair of exclusive “70th anniversary” carbon fibre kick plates, whilst 124 Spider owners benefit from 30 percent saving on a transverse strut bar. The offer is available until June 30 2019.

Pricing and full specifications for all of Abarth’s “70th Anniversary” commemorative range will be revealed in the coming months, and we’ll update you with the latest information when it’s available.
