Citroen has teamed up with lifestyle and fashion magazine Elle to create a special edition of the C3 hatchback, with prices starting from £15,595.
The result is the Citroen C3 Elle. Citroen claims that 94 per cent of C3s sold in the UK feature two-tone paint schemes, and the C3 Elle offers an exclusive blend of white body and sand-coloured roof, along with black wing mirrors and cherry pink accents dotted around the exterior.
• Strangest and most memorable special edition cars ever
Elle magazine’s logo can be seen on the front doors, while inside, cherry pink inserts surround the dashboard. The grey seat upholstery is also stitched in cherry pink. Equipment inside includes Citroen’s ConnectedCAM, which sits behind the rear view mirror to capture photos and videos of your journey.
Also fitted is a seven-inch infotainment screen with built-in sat nav, while safety features such as collision alert, cruise control, lane departure warning and automatic emergency braking are also equipped as standard.
The C3 Elle sits on 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and comes with a 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine under the bonnet, available with either 81bhp or 108bhp. The most powerful variant can be specified with a six-speed automatic gearbox, otherwise a five-speed manual is fitted as standard. UK order books open tomorrow.
